There’s still work to do on Habitat for Humanity’s latest build.

Spokesperson BJ Szabicot says the majority of the exterior of the home on Highway 63 in Feronia was done and closed in before winter — with a good portion of the interior also done.

But, he says they still need a lot of volunteer labour and donated materials to put the finishing touches on the home.

Right now the focus is on the plumbing.  He says once that’s done they’ll get to the interior trim like the walls, insulation and cabinetry work, with exterior landscaping to be done after that.

There’s no specific goal for completing the build as they work around volunteer schedules.  For those looking to help out more details can be found at www.habitatnorthbay.com
