Parents of students in public schools will receive report cards with marks only

Parents of hundreds of thousands of elementary students in Toronto and Peel District will be getting letters instead of final report cards for their child.

But, that’s not the case locally.

A social media post Thursday by the Near North District School Board chair says report cards with final marks will be sent out.

There won’t be any comments though, so parents are encouraged to contact their child’s teacher to discuss their child’s progress and achievement.
