The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit approved another motion dealing with their new building.

Dr. Jim Chirico says they have budgeted for a 2% variance in their cost estimates for building.

He says this will keep them on the same path as their original plans, which is good news for all with all 31 municipalities involved in this process.

Chirico says they can still say to the 31 municipalities they are within their budget, and the risk to the municipalities is minimal.

Chirico says the variance is there right now because there are still some cost estimates coming in regarding the design of the building.

He adds getting final approval from all those municipalities could take a couple of months as it has to go through each of their council processes.
