A portion of Franklin Street closed for rail crossing repairs

City public works advising Franklin Street between Ellis and Seymour Streets is closed today

The city and ONR are replacing the tracks and rubber mats at the rail crossing.

Access to local businesses will be allowed, but vehicles will not be allowed to cross the tracks until the work is finished.

Franklin Street is scheduled to re-open by 6 o’clock tonight.
