Stan Butler Battalion Head Coach Stan Butler has returned from the Czech Republic, fresh off a gold medal win an the Ivan Hlinka tournament with Team Canada.

Butler says the tournament turned out exactly how they wanted it to turn out, but it wasn’t an easy road to the gold.


Team Canada beat Sweden 7-3 in the finals. He compared it to some of his accomplishments in the OHL.

Butler says now he’s focused on the Battalion and getting ready for the upcoming season.
