Expecting a good start to Fall, weather-wise

Expect the warm weather to continue into the early fall.

That’s according to The Weather Network and their Fall Forecast.

Meteorologist Kelly Sonnenburg says temperatures appear to be at or even above seasonal for the early part of fall, pointing out local temperatures around this time range around 18 to 20 degrees.

Then she says in October and November we’ll see things switch with cooler temperatures and we could see some late fall snow as well.

In terms of precipitation, Sonnenburg says there looks to be plenty of sunny days in September with a more active pattern moving in to the area in mid-October or early November.

She also says it’s looking to be a false start to winter with a milder pattern expected in December then colder temperatures in January and February.
