Previewing tonight's Committee meeting of Council

The agenda for Council’s committee meeting tonight (Monday) includes three reports, two involving Community Services.

One is a staffing report from the fire chief.

The June report recommends using existing funding for a Chief Training Officer position and an additional Fire Prevention Officer.

Meantime, there’s also a rezoning application involving Community Living North Bay on Wallace Road while the Engineering and Works Committee will discuss a Winter Operations Plan.

The plan sets out a policy and procedural framework on winter maintenance.
