ONTC proposes bargaining dates

Ontario Northland says they are showing they are committed to reaching an agreement with Unifor Local 103.

They have proposed bargaining dates

President and CEO Corina Moore says in a release, “I believe a fair and balanced agreement can be reached.”

She also says this is a critical time for Ontario Northland.

Moore says they need to strengthen the organization by finding efficiencies and focus on meeting their transformation goals.

Unifor represents 315 employees at Ontario Northland.

Their collective agreements expired in December 2013.
