ontc-logoOntario Northland President and CEO Corina Moore says in a release “We will be asking Unifor’s membership to ratify the fair and balanced offer presented to their bargaining team.”

That statement comes after officials announced they are requesting the Federal Minister of Labour to initiate a vote on the last offer tabled to Unifor Local 103.

It’s been stated previously that ONTC management have identified their priorities for this process.

That includes trade flexibility, ensuring a more competitive and cost effective operation and changes to benefits to align with industry standards.

Moore says in a release, “This is a critical time for our organization and I encourage Unifor’s membership to shape a new future with this agreement that will encourage business growth and provide security for employees.”
