Call to 911 leads to impaired charge

North Bay OPP report that a call to 911 on October 23 has led to an impaired charge.

Police responded to a call in South Himsworth Township around 8:15 pm and were told the person who made the call left.  

OPP say the person and vehicle he was driving were later located on Beaucage Road, Nipissing First Nation.  

A 67 year old man from Nipissing First Nation is charged with Driving With More Than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood.

Police say the accused was released with a November 3rd court appearance.
