MP Anthony Rota welcoming new Liberal cabinet

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his cabinet have been sworn in at Rideau Hall in Ottawa.

Meantime, MP Anthony Rota is welcoming the new Liberal cabinet.

He says there’s a lot expected of the individual ministers but he has no doubt they’ll do a wonderful job.

While not on the cabinet list, Rota says he’s glad to be back in Ottawa, representing the people of Nipissing-Temiskaming.

He says he should have his new office in North Bay open in the next few weeks.

He also says there’s work to do with FedNor.
