Local threat incident linked to dozens more in Quebec

Four western Quebec teens charged with making threats against schools in their area now are accused in a series of bomb threats against schools in other areas of Quebec and Ontario, including here in North Bay.

Canadore College followed protocol on Tuesday and declared all of their campuses safe and clear after an extensive search.

The threat was deemed to be unfounded.

Police say the teens, three boys and one girl, face charges of uttering threats, conspiracy and conveying false messages.
