North Bay PoliceEarlier  this week we told you about a male pedestrian in his 70’s being struck by a school bus. 

The collision happened just before 830 am Tuesday morning at the intersection of Cassells and Second Avenue West.

Police say the pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.

No student passengers or the bus driver were injured.

Police say the 43 year old female driver has been charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian which is a violation under the Highway Traffic Act.

Meantime, police say 4 people suffered injuries in a single vehicle collision on Four Mile Lake Road on Wednesday.

Police say the 18 year old motorist with three passengers on board lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over several times.

The driver has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

All 4 people were taken to hospital.
