Powassan drops 9-6 decision to Rayside Balfour

The Powassan Voodoos fell behind 6-1 after the first period against Rayside Balfour last night (Monday) and despite making it a 7-6 game at one point in the third, Powassan ended up losing 9-6.

It’s only the Voodoos third loss of the season.

However, it’s the second time Rayside Balfour has defeated Powassan.

Six different Voodoos found the back of the net, including three on the powerplay.

Powassan is back in action Saturday with a game in Noelville against the French River Rapids.
