DSC_0577The Nipissing Lakers women’s hockey team has signed a recruit for next season.

She’s Jetta Deronoski from Saskatchewan.

The program has recently signed three players from out of province.

The other 2 are Ava Keis from BC and Jylelle Carpenter-Boesch who is also from Saskatchewan. 

Deronoski says she is looking forward to meeting new people and becoming part of the Lakers family. 

She has played at the Under 18 nationals in Huntsville and the Canada Winter Games in BC.

Deronoski describes herself as a competitive, hard working offensive threat and has the ability to block shots when her team is short handed.
