solidarity rally4(file photo) 88 percent of Unifor Local 103 members from James Bay to North Bay have ratified a tentative deal with the ONTC.

Union officials say they were successful in pushing the company off concessions while at the same time meeting them on their key objectives in commercializing the North Bay facilities.

The agreement includes an immediate wage increase to the skilled trades followed by annual improvements of 2 percent on January 1st, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

All contracts expire on December 31st, 2018.

The four-week lockout affected nearly 200 Unifor members.
