Half of the weekend arrests in North Bay involved domestic assault

City police report eight people are facing charges after the weekend, with four of them charged with domestic assault.

Officers responded to 173 calls for service.

Three people were charged with public intoxication and one person was charged with theft under $5,000 (shoplifting).

Breach counts were also filed.
