Meantime, Thursday  is already record-breaking with the temperature at 14 degrees.

That shatters the 1964 record of 6.7.

Meantime, a wind warning continues for the North Bay area.

Wind speeds of 60 km/h are expected with the odd gust to 90 km/h likely causing power outages throughout North Bay and Nipissing.

The winds should begin to ease this afternoon.
