Some exciting news coming out of the North Bay Regional Health Centre as they welcomed a new resident to the city of North Bay.?

Carter James Johanssen is the first born baby of the new year for the City of North Bay and the good news came this morning about 12 minutes after midnight.

Carter weighed in at 6 pounds and 12 ounces.
