Secondary student immunization review underway at the Health Unit

March 9th is the date that suspensions will begin locally if secondary students don’t have up-to-date immunization records with the Health Unit.

Their annual review has started.

Officials say letters went out in December involving students without complete records.

The Health Unit says they remove students from the suspension list when they receive the missing information.

They also say even though immunizations may be up-to-date, the Health Unit files may not be.
