NEW opp policeOPP advise Highway 11 North, near the old North Bay Psychiatric Hospital is back open again.

Provincial Police earlier said a single vehicle crash resulted in a tractor trailer blocking the highway.

There’s no word on injuries.

The incident happened between between Sunshine Lane and Berkley Boulevard.
