An Overtime Loss for the Troops

The North Bay Battalion suffered a 3-2 overtime loss to their Central Division rivals the Niagara Ice Dogs.

This win pushed the Ice Dogs over North Bay in the division and in the Eastern Conference.

Stephen Harper opened the scoring, 7 minutes into the game.

The Battalion lead 2-1 going into the third, but a goal from Anthony DiFruscia in the third tied things up, and Stephen Harper’s 21st goal of the season, won Niagara the game in overtime.

The Troops were only able to secure 1 point in 2 games this weekend.
