$56,000 Raised at Canadore College's Annual Presidents Dinner

The money is earmarked for the colleges student scholarship and bursary fund.

President George Burton says $31,000 of the money is from guests at the dinner and the rest around $25,000 from the student government at the college.

This is the second year of the dinner with $26,000 raised last year.

Organizers hope to raise a million dollars.
