Feed North Bay group hoping to provide decent meals

For $25 you can buy a good meal for five people in need.

Feed North Bay is a new group who are selling their shirts for that price with all the proceeds going towards the Open Arms Cafe and the Warming Centre.

The cost will feed five people for about $5 per meal. Spokesperson Ellen Faulkner says there is a big need for providing a decent meal to people in the community.

She says now that jobs are being lost it’s even harder for people who are low-income to provide a good meal for themselves or their families.

They are also being sold at the Parkside Animal Hospital on Judge and Lakeshore.
