City Hall genericA couple of rezoning requests are on Monday’s Council Committee agenda. 

One involves city property on Seymour Street that was most recently used by the Chamber of Commerce for their offices, the Tourist Information Centre and the Dionne Quints Museum. 

The proposal is to rezone the property to allow for development.

A staff report says there is no development proposed at this time. 

Meantime, another request involves vacant land on Trout Lake Road with a developer looking to rezone the property to allow for commercial uses.
