Battalion back in the win column after 5-2 win over Sudbury

The North Bay Battalion snapped their three game losing streak with a 5-2 win over the Sudbury Wolves last night at Memorial Gardens.

Justin Brazeau, Mike Amadio, Brett Hargrave, Cam Dineen and Steve Harland all scored. Dineen says it’s good to get back in to the win column.

A 5-2 win for the Troops sees North Bay officially clinch home ice advantage in the playoffs.

Two rookies scored in the game and three others picked up assists against division rivals Sudbury.

Butler says his young group is playing the right way.

Jake Smith made 18 saves on 20 shots.
