Bantam Trappers off to a good start at OHF Championship

The North Bay Major Bantam AAA Trappers have a win and a tie after day one at the OHF championship in Rockland, near Ottawa.

The local team is first in the standings after beating the Eastern Ontario Wild 3-2 yesterday (Monday) then tying an Ottawa team 3-3 last night.

Matt Hardwick had two goals for North Bay last night, with Ian Denomme also scoring.

The Trappers are back in action at 1 pm against the 1-1 Mississauga Rebels.
