Gas prices drop a bit ahead of the weekend

A bit of a reprieve for motorists heading into the weekend.

Gas prices are down about six cents a number of gas stations around the city.

A litre of regular is now listed just under a dollar.

Earlier this week, gas prices jumped about 10 cents.
