Royal LePage Real Estate Services, Brokerage in North Bay is growing.

They’re investing over $1-million into renovating a new space at 117 Chippewa Street, a former school across from Memorial Gardens.

Owner Sue Symons says with the move they’re more than tripling the size of their operation, which has a couple benefits. “business growth, but also we want to develop a training centre,” She said.

Symons says they do a lot of training in their office, “but we also want to build a centre so that other entrepreneurs and businesses in North Bay can have access to that training facility as well.”

They currently have 29 realtors and three administrative staff and Symons says the plan is to bring in more staff in the next few years, “Over the last 5 years we’ve doubled in size, pretty much, and we’re looking to create that doubling effect again over the next few years,”

The plan is to move into the new location at the end of November.
