U-Haul has been tracking migration trends and there’s great marks for North Bay.

The company’s 2016 Canadian Growth Cities list has North Bay at number 5 in Canada.

Officials say growth cities are calculated by the net gain of arriving one-way U-Haul trucks over departing one-way U-Haul trucks for a calendar year.

Four of the top five locations are in Ontario.

Top spot goes to Kamloops, BC.
