The Patrick4Life Family Run Walk is coming back for a 12th year.

The event, which features a 2k, 5k, 10k and half marathon, goes June 4th at Lee Park.

Over 500 people take part each year.

All proceeds go directly to the Partici-Patrick program which is an activity-focused youth education program encompassing daily physical activity, virtues education, and HIV and AIDS awareness.

It’s all about giving youth the knowledge and skills to make healthy life style choices.

“Since the inception of Patrick4Life, it has provided an education and awareness program that has reached literally thousands of youth,” said Walk Chair Dave Saad. “The education program is continually being upgraded and expanded because of the funds generated from the race. We thank those that have been a participant in the past and if it has been some time since you participated, we would really like to welcome you back. Please register and once again be involved in this fun event.”
