A 41 year old Sudbury man is facing several charges in North Bay, including impaired driving and driving while disqualified.

City police say they received a call about a suspected impaired driver just before 5 pm yesterday (Tuesday) and arrested the man on McKeown Avenue.

He was later released with a court appearance scheduled for next week.
