Plenty of medals and club records for CT33 Thunderbird swim team members at a recent invitational meet in Sudbury.

Trael Daly Stevens won the high points trophy for his age group after winning 8 gold medals.

Riley Periard won five medals including three gold, Jesse Hammond won five silver and Evan Kilroy won four medals, including two silver while Michael Denomme won three bronze.

Other top three performances were achieved by Zackary Boucher (9), Samuel Denomme (13), Sheldon Kilroy (13), Gavin Wall (11), Sydney Doidge (12), Peyton Paralovos (11) and Jenna Wall (13).

Top eight awards were given to Noah Papatheodorou (13), Cole Paralovos (15), Abigail Betsill (10), Emilia Lainevool (13), Kiara Palavicino(13), Jaiden Paralovos (13), Ryleigh Paralovos (9), Madeline Tanner(15) and Olivia Trottier (14).

The 15 and over men’s 200m Medley Relay Team consisting of Jessie Hammond (16), Michael Denomme (17), Cole Paralovos (15) and Evan Kilroy (15) broke the club record while the men’s 13 and 14 year old relay team consisting of Samuel Denomme (13), Noah Papatheodorou (13), Sheldon Kilroy (13) and Trael Daly Stevens (14) broke club records in the 200 metre Freestyle and 200 metre Medley relay events.

The men’s and women’s relay teams brought home a total of six gold and two silver medal performances over the course of the weekend.

All swimmers posted personal bests in their events including Timothy Corbeil (11), Leah Chirico (14) and Annika Lainevool( 12 ).
