NOSSA soccer banners for three local schools

Three local schools have won NOSSA soccer titles.

In junior boys, Widdifield (pictured above) won the “AA” title with a 1-0 shutout of Korah in the final.

Franco Cite (pictured below) won the boys NOSSA “A” banner with a 2-1 win over Confederation while in varsity girls, St Joseph-Scollard Hall shutout St Charles 3-0 to win the NOSSA “AA” championship.

The Bears advance to the OFSAA “AA” Championship here in North Bay later this week.

Algonquin is playing in the OFSAA “A” event.
