The OPP’s Provincial Communications Centre in North Bay is about to hit a milestone.

This week, they will answer their ten-millionth call.

Meantime, North Bay OPP have charged a 23 year old North Bay male with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood.

The charges were laid after an officer observed a vehicle driving with one head light and no tail lights early last Saturday morning.

And Mattawa OPP have charged a 23 year old Toronto motorist with possession of an illegal substance.

Police say they were contacted about a vehicle parked on a street in Mattawa last Saturday morning.
