More details after an incident involving a replica gun yesterday (Monday) on Main Street.

It’s alleged a man pointed the replica hand gun at another male after the pair had a confrontation on Main Street, near Ferguson.

City police say a 34 year old North Bay man is facing three weapons charges.

 

Meantime, North Bay Police are looking for a driver after a road rage incident involving a Samurai sword on Saturday around 6 pm.

Police say a vehicle was speeding and tailgating another vehicle when the two drivers stopped on Memorial Drive.

Police say the tailgating driver pulled out a 4 to 5 foot Samurai sword from the back of the vehicle and threatened to “slice” the other man.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, 20 to 30 years old, 5’9″ to 5’10 tall, slim build, short brown hair with a goatee.

At the time he wore a black jacket with black Adidas style leg stripes and black shoes.

The vehicle was a blue Toyota Yaris hatchback with plain black rims and no hubcaps.
