For the second time in the past week city fire crews were called to a structure fire involving a detached garage.

This time they responded to the 300 block of Dudley Avenue Saturday afternoon around 2:30 pm.

Heavy smoke was reportedly visible from quite a distance away.

No word on a cause or damage estimate.

On New Year’s Eve North Bay Fire and Emergency Services were called to a garage fire on Circle Lake Road.
