It was a great weekend of swimming for seventeen North Bay Titans at the Dave Kensit Memorial Championship in Sault Ste Marie.

Nine year old Owen Baas was top three in six of his events at the regional championship, including two first place finishes.

Overall, he finished second for the boys 10 & Under high point award.

Ten year old Ryan Spencer finished in the top four in all seven of his events.

He won one race and was second in four more.

Ten year old Robby Baas was top four in six events, including two second places finishes and a third.

Joshua Gough, Julia Rivet and Drew Stephenson also achieved third place finishes.

Titans coaches offer congratulations to Gough and Gabriel Cadieux, who made their first finals, while Jennifer Tripp and Brody Marietti also had exciting final swims.

Also achieving personal best times were Ashlyn Auger, Leah Dawson, Jack Hachkowski, Marlee Parker, Madison Piper, Chloe Popp, Emma Ringuette and Katelyn Warner.

The Dave Kensit Memorial Championship took place Friday, February 2nd through Sunday, February 4th at the John Rhodes Community Centre Pool in the Soo.
