A single vehicle snowmachine collision in the Almaguin Highlands on the weekend has claimed the life of a 41 year old Tavistock Township man.

OPP report the driver lost control of the snowmobile along King Lake Road and struck a tree on the south side shoulder of the road.

A post mortem was scheduled for yesterday.
