North Bay Police Chief Shawn Devine says they have investigators looking into a video that was posted on Facebook.

The video appears to show a person picking up drugs, leaving a downtown residence and getting into a waiting city police cruiser, which then leaves the scene.

Devine says the video appears to be concerning, but it may be a one-sided account of what is alleged.

He’s confident it’s totally inaccurate and a misrepresentation of the facts, pointing out he will have more to say once the investigation is complete.
