The North Bay Battalion have clinched a playoff spot.

With Peterborough’s 9-3 loss yesterday to Erie, the Troops secured a berth in the post-season.

The Battalion now look to move up the Eastern Conference Standings.

North Bay is sixth in the conference, one point back of Niagara and two behind Oshawa.

The Ottawa 67’s are seventh, one point behind the Troops.

North Bay is home to Kingston this afternoon (Sunday).
