Police are investigating a suspicious house fire and the deaths of a former North Bay couple in Springhill, Nova Scotia.

Family members tell the Halifax Chronicle Herald it centres around Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Police have not released the identities of the decease, only saying that a 42-year old man and 45 year old woman have died.
