CMHA's annual Mental Health Week underway

Mental Health Week is underway and the Beat The Monday Morning Blues Wave on the overpass (pictured above) kicked off a host of activities.

CMHA’s 100th anniversary tea goes tomorrow (Tuesday), Mental Health and Addictions Education Day is Wednesday, there will be a Mental Health Week display at Northgate on Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and there’s a Weeding the Truth from the Smoke presentation on Marijuana on Saturday.
