Protecting the municipal drinking water supply in North Bay is the focus of a public meeting tonight (Thursday).

The Conservation Authority is hosting the session at 7 pm at their Janey Avenue office.

Officials say the vulnerability of the intake in North Bay was scored too low originally and will likely need to be increased.

They say that potentially means more activities will be identified as threats that will need to be managed.
