The NHL Draft came and went on the weekend without any North Bay Battalion players selected.

Four players were ranked by NHL Central Scouting heading into the event.

However, BayToday (click here for the full story) reports a number of Troops have been invited to NHL camps, including Justin Brazeau with San Jose, Luke Burghardt with Vegas, Christan Propp with Pittsburgh, Adam McMaster to Vancouver and Christian Purboo to both Los Angeles and Vancouver.

On Twitter, Mark Scheig with The Hockey Writers reports Mathew Struthers has been invited to Carolina’s prospects team in Traverse City in September.
