A second campaign plank from a local mayoral candidate

North Bay mayoral candidate Gary Gardiner has released the second of his planks in what he calls a ‘game changer’ platform.

He says change is needed in the leadership of the city.

Gardiner says council has to consult the community on a more regular basis and work as a team.

His other keys include transparency, accountability, honesty and responsibility.
