North Bay Police say they’ve issued two tickets for speeding in a community safety zone on Marshall Avenue.

This is an area where motorists will see amber lights flashing indicating the speed limit is 40 km/hr.

Police say one of the drivers was clocked at going at 65 km per hour.

Police say there were no incidents of motorists not stopping for a school bus or failing to wait for pedestrians and school crossing guards to completely cross the road at school crossings.

Police say a residence on Fourth Avenue East is missing several items following a break-in.

Police say the incident happened Tuesday and jewelry, two I Phones, black purses, binoculars and makeup are all missing.

Meantime, 4 bicycles, 2 Flicker three wheeled scooters and two red and black mountain bikes were removed from a Janey Avenue residence last week after someone left the garage door open.

North Bay Police say someone took a debit card from another person and money was taken from the victim’s account.

Police say the person is described as male with brown skin and between 20 and 30 years old.

Police say the suspect walked out of a bank on Lakeshore Drive and asked the victim if he had dropped a $20 bill.

The victim then opened his wallet and the culprit bumped into him and removed the debit card.
