Dozens of pills, worth just over $8,000, have been seized by city police.

An investigation led to the search of a residence in the south end of the city last Wednesday.

Police say a 69 year old North Bay man has been charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.

Along with nearly $3,400 in cash, police seized:
– 58 hydromorphone pills,
– 15 oxycodone pills,
– One Suboxone pill

The accused has a November court appearance.
