The North Bay Battalion have a rare Wednesday game, traveling to Sudbury to take on the Wolves tonight.

This is the 5th of eight regular season meetings between the two Central Division rivals, with each team winning twice .

Assistant coach Adam Dennis says both teams know a lot about each other.

“You start to figure out some tendencies and learn from it. There’s four big games coming up against them. It promises to be a playoff-type atmosphere and could be a first round playoff match-up,” he says.

The teams are separated by six points in the Eastern Conference standings with the Wolves in fourth and the Battalion in sixth.

Catch tonight’s game at 7 pm on Country 600 CKAT.

The Troops are home to the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds tomorrow and London Knights on Sunday.
