It’s another opportunity for the kids to cool off and have some outdoor fun.

The city says the splash pad behind the North Bay Museum opens at noon today, along with the washrooms.

It’ll operate daily from 10 am to 8 pm, weather permitting.

The city advises the splash pad is unsupervised and not sanitized.

Users are reminded to sanitize hands afterwards, stay two metres away from others and follow all guidelines related to social gatherings.

Meantime, the city is also working to reopen washrooms at various parks, too.
